What is Organic & Natural Products Expo?
Indigenous plant products and ingredients for food, health and beauty
The Expo aims to promote healthy lifestyle choices and sustainability by exposing consumers and the trade to companies and organisations operating in these sectors; driving a consumer level education around products, benefits and best practices and assisting small business with networking and exposure to consumers, trade, exporters, distributors. The Expo has been designed as a hybrid event that caters to trade buyers and allowing retail sales directly to consumers, showcasing local and international manufacturers, suppliers, importers and exporters.
Target Visitors and Exhibitors
The Expo is designed to attract both trade and consumer visitors of products across all categories that are organic, natural, healthy and sustainable. These include, businesses – large and small, who are growing, producing, manufacturing, marketing, exporters, importers, sellers, large retail groups, lifestyle retailers, hospitality independent health stores, online health product retailers, development agencies, ingredients suppliers, etc.
The Organizers are making extensive marketing, including social media, radio, magazine advertising and via partner networking, to attract trade visitors from across the African continent, Europe and Asia. Previous Johannesburg events have seen large number of European visitors to the expo through association with GIZ, which is actively involved in the marketing of and participation in the Johannesburg 2025 edition.

Documentation for South Africa visa
Original passport with a minimum validity of 06 months from the date of travel and atleast 2 empty pages; Old passports (if any); Passport size photos with white back ground (specification will be given); Covering letter in the company letter head – Format will be given; 3 months bank statement with minimum of Rs.50,000/- closing balance; Business registration proof – License copy, GST certificate etc; PAN Card copy
Cancellation Policy – If cancelled by client
- A) Stall Cancellation charges :
- Upto 60 days of the Expo date – 25% of stall cost
- Within 60 days of the Expo date – 100% of stall cost
- B) Land package cancellation :
Date change and name change is not permitted once reserved. Un-used services are non refundable once the trip is started.

Disclaimer
- Travelvava Private Limited is only a Tour Operator and is not responsible for any circumstances which are beyond their control such as delay/rescheduling or cancellation of flights/trains/ship/boat, local transport, etc or any accidents, natural calamities, strikes/curfew/hartal/bandh, war, airport closure or any similar unforeseen incidents or restrictions due to any civil/law and order situations that may hamper carrying out the tour program. Hence, Travelvava Private Limited is not liable to meet any expenses thereof. At the same time, all possible coordination assistance shall be provided from their side to overcome the situation.
- Above package tour is designed (to the extent applicable in each case) by clubbing air / train tickets, local transportation, accommodation, site visits, restaurants, etc. If any of the above service providers met with an issue, other service providers wouldn’t get linked with the same issue. For example, if the flight is cancelled by the airlines, all other booked services such as accommodation, transportation, meals etc will be still confirmed and their cancellation/ amendment charges shall apply if not used as booked.
- Visa granting is the sole discretion of the concerned Embassy or Consulate. Clients shall provide all required documents on time for filing the visa application. In case applicants are called for Personal interview, they are required to attend the same before the concerned Consulate at their own cost. Visa fees and other expenses like advance for hotel booking, Insurance and ticket charges are not refundable, if the visa got rejected or delayed Travelvava Private Limited is not responsible and liable for cancellation of travel due to visa rejection, visa delay etc.
- Expenses in case of deportation due to entry denied by the immigration /border check post of respective country on arrival shall be borne by the client concerned and we shall not be responsible and liable for any expenses and consequences thereof.
- Clients may take suitable travel insurance at their own discretion and expense to cover any unforeseen emergency medical treatment/hospitalisation; repatriation of mortal remains (in case of an unfortunate death) during the tour period. Travelvava Private Limited shall not be liable to meet any costs, expenses, damages, loss, etc However, we shall provide the best possible coordination in such a situation.
- If, due to connecting flight delay, the transit time exceeds 14 hours in `yellow fever’ prone countries, the traveler may be subject to quarantine as per the policy of the country, which would be at his own expense and risk and Travelvava Private Limited shall not be responsible or accountable in such an event and or the consequent travel plan changes, and, additional costs thereof.
- We are not responsible for any delays or deficiencies in the services provided by third parties. Further, we do not have any control on opening and closing timings of the expo/trade fair/tourist attraction/monuments, etc. In case of any coach movement restrictions, the Tour Manager/ Driver will do their best to drop clients as near to the place/monuments as possible.
- International Trade Fairs / Expo : The exhibitions, trade fairs and showcases are entirely at the discretion of the Organizers and are listed on the itinerary based on the information on their web site. It is the responsibility of the participants/visitors to choose the right Phase/schedule and check the products quality, terms and conditions, feasibility, agreements, post-purchase services, delivery schedules as also ensuring compliance to shipping, Import / Export, Customs, foreign exchange and such other applicable rules, regulations etc in force from time to time. Travelvava Private Limited is not responsible for any changes in the exhibits or unavailability of specific products/services at the time of the exhibition.
- If the tour program is cancelled by Travelvava Private Limited in any unavoidable circumstances or under Force majeure situation, the amount deposited by the client to us will be refunded in full within 15 working days. Travelvava Private Limited wouldn’t undertake any liability or loss incurred to the client due to such cancellation other than the refund of the deposited amount.
- Guests should comply with the hotel check-in and check-out policy of respective hotels. Early check-in/late check-out request is subject to room availability, and at the discretion of the hotel management. Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during the tour shall be made good by the concerned guest directly with the service provider.
- Travelvava Private Limited holds the right to remove the client/s from a group tour without any notice for misbehavior, unethical actions, and consumption of alcohol in the vehicle/ prohibited area etc during this package tour or his/ her travel with the group may endanger the safety and security of the remaining members. No refund will be provided in such a case and legal action may be taken if necessary. Said client/s will be responsible for any fines, charges, consequences endorsed by the concerned authorities.
- Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulam, Kerala Jurisdiction.
